France - Annecy - Glacière du Parmelan - Castrator et la Peyre de couille - L : 8m, 25m, 30m - H : 40m

From Annecy, take the road to La Roche sur Foron, and turn rigt to Villaz, then take direction Aviernoz. Follow road sign to go to the Anglettaz chalet. Park as high as possible (variable depending on the season).
From the Anglettaz parking take the left path along the small valley to a small pass. From this pass follow the trail that descends on the right to fit into the forest. Continue this trail for 200 meters then after the first great ascent find a small trail on the left that leads to the cave.
20/25 min from the parking.

The lines :

Where ?
The 8m is just above the cave (foreground in photo), the other two are at the highest one in front and one behind a tree coming out of the hole (photo). The anchors on the trees are obvious, there are several possibilities.

Anchors :
For all lines the anchors are the trees, make backup on other trees behind.


Linking :
For the 8m go round the hole. For the other two throw a rope to a garden and down to get it or you can go round.

Remarks :

Awesome for putting lines everywhere.
Possibility of dry-tooling and ice climbing in the cave below.

D'Annecy, prendre la direction de La Roche sur Foron et tourner à droite direction Villaz, aller direction Aviernoz puis suivre les indications pour aller au chalet de l'Anglettaz. Se garer le plus haut possible (très différent selon les saisons).
Du parking de l'Anglettaz prendre le chemin de gauche qui longe le vallon jusqu’à un petit colut. De ce col suivre le sentier qui descend sur la droite pour rentrer dans la foret. Continuer ce sentier pendant 200 mètres puis après la première grande montée trouver une sente à gauche qui mène à la glacière.
20/25 min depuis le parking.

Les lignes:

Où?
La 8m se trouve juste au dessus de la grotte (au premier plan sur la photo), les deux autres sont plus haut l'une devant et l'autre derrière un sapin qui sort du hole (voir photo). Les encrages sur les arbres sont évidents, il y a plusieurs possibilités.

Ancrages :
Pour toutes les lignes les encrages sont des arbres, backuper sur d'autres arbres derrière.  

Passage des lignes :
Pour la petite faire le tour du hole. Pour les deux autres lancer une corde sur un jardin et déscendre la chercher, vous pouvez aussi faire le tour.

Remarques :

Génial pour tendre des lignes de partout.
Possibilité de faire du dry-tooling et de la cascade de glace dans la grotte en dessous.
