France - Le Boffi - Les naturistes du Boffi - L : 42m - H : 40m

Picture : I. Laillaut. Many thanks to her. 42m Highline is on the left...

General Access : (Google Map)
Drive to Millau, then take direction "Le Boffi - Via Ferrata". Drive to the mountain for approximately 12km, then turn right on the via ferrata direction into a path. Park at the end of it and continue walking. After 20min walking you arrive to the last via ferrata direction and the track goes left and right. Go straight behind the panel and continue 5 min to the top of the cliff. You will see the highline spot on your left.

The line :
Where ?
The line is located next to the cliff, between a good platform (from where a the 12m bunny line starts) and an isolated tower.

Who - When ?
J. Millot, T. Melet, D. Mercier in february 2010.

Anchors : (bring the bolt hangers!)
- "Platform" side : 3 12mm bolts for force and 2 10mm bolts for backup. There are also 2 other 12mm bolts for the 12m highline that you can use. Bring bolt hangers.
- "Tower" side : 2 12mm bolts placed at the opposite of the start very low, as that tower is not made of very good rock, and 3 10mm bolts for bakcup. You can span this tower with 3 bolts that are behind on the good cliff behind, and cross those 3 spans called "Needless Highlines" by Bernhard Witz. Bring bolt hangers.

Linking :
Not easy if you don't set up the 27m highline that goes from the isolated tower to the "Toulouse" highline start.

Rigging :

Pulley system on the platform side or Linegrip perfect.

Remarks :
One of the 2010 Natural Games highline, in fact the biggest of the 3 lines that composed the "N" of the Natural Games highlines.

It is awesome to see how many people crossed it !

J. Millot, T. Melet, D. Mercier in february 2010.
