France - Claret - Bartas line - L : 25m - H : 12m

General Access : (Google Map)
From Montpellier, drive to St Mathieu de Tréviers then Claret. After passing the Embruscailles hamlet take the D107 road for the cliffs, and follow the curves to go uphill. After a typical curve with a big rock (tagged unfortunately), the highline is in the next curve which has a stone wall to the right. (Park later on the left)

The line :
Where ?
The highline is at the last curve before a crossing with a road coming from left.
Jump over the wall, walk 8m and you're on it. The highline is over 2 chalk caves.

Who - When ?
Opening : Fred Pascal in september 2009.

Anchors :
- Right side : 3 12mm bolts for force and trees behind for backup.
- Left side : 1 bolt aside (works in extraction) and a big oak for force. Far behind a 12mm bolt for backup, to protect against friction!

Linking :
Overturn the gap.

Rigging :
Pulley or Primitiv system as you wish.

De Montpellier, aller à St Mathieu de Tréviers puis aller à Claret. Après le hameau des Embruscailles, prendre le chemin des falaises et suivre la succession de virages pour monter sur le plateau. Apres un virage très repérable par un gros rocher à droite (tagué malheureusement), la highline se trouve dans le virage suivant bordé d'un mur en pierre à droite.(Gros parking plus loin à gauche)

La ligne : 
Où ? 
Ligne au dernier petit virage avant la petite route qui part à gauche.
On saute par-dessus le mur et la ligne se trouve à 8m du mur. Ligne au dessus de 2 petites baumes de calcaire.

Qui - Quand ?
Ouverture : Fred Pascal en septembre 2009.
Ancrages :
- Côté droit : 3 goujons de 12mm pour la force puis des arbres derrière en backup.
- Côté gauche : 1 goujon sur le coté (travaille en arrachement) et un gros chêne pour la force. Loin derrière, un point béton en goujon 12mm pour le backup, à bien protéger contre les frottements!

Faire le tour.
